Dear Sir or Madam,
   I am writing to express dissatisfaction regarding accommodation. I would prefer to move into a single room next semester, as I find the present sharing arrangement inconvenient.
   I must explain that the reason for my dissatisfaction is my roommate's inconsiderate behavior. For one thing, his friends are constantly visiting him ; for another, he regularly holds noisy parties.
   To solve this difficulty, I hope to draw the attention of the authorities concerned. I am sure you will agree that the only solution for me is to move into a room of my own. Therefore, I would be grateful ff you could find a single room for me, preferably not in the same building but as near to the college campus as possible.
                   

As is vividly indicated in the caricature above, plenty of people pursue the civil servants, and ignore the positions of the teacher in the rural areas. Obviously, they are tending to be an official, not entering the service business—just like to be a teacher.
   Simple as the picture is, it does reveal certain disturbing social phenomenon, that is, with the changing of the people's individual opinions : if one is an officer, even more, a small official in a government, one will have a lot of power. Maybe one can get much money, more beauties, and more honors. So they do not want to be a teacher, no money, no future. But these behaviors not only harmful, but also damaging for the society, therefore government must give more attention to this phenomenon.
   So, what should be done to arrest and reserve this disturbing phenomenon? For one thing, the press is obliged to make good efforts to publicize the importance of fundamental education. For another thing, the central authority is expected to make strict rules and regulations fight against corruption. Still, a proper guidance mechanism is supposed to be built up without delay. Only in this way can the society develop steadily.
