He could hardly be flattered by the thought that she had been saved in the nick of time from having to sweat her way through examinations, but he would much rather get drunk on the idea of the love "that knows no compromise," which this woman pretends to feel for him. He even thinks that she might have become a famous surgeon or a brilliant journalist, and she has given it all up for him. He would never believe that she preferred to be the wife of a famous surgeon, to have his income and prestige without having either the work or the responsibility. Therefore, he resolves to make her life at his side as comfortable as possible to compensate for her great sacrifice.

Directions: Please write an argumentation based on the following topic and elaborate your point of view in about 200 words. Remember to write your composition neatly and clearly on Answer Sheet Ⅱ. "Is a Little Learning Dangerous?"
[范文] "Is a Little Learning Dangerous?"
For a long time, though there are some people yelling that a little learning can do no harm and it's no big deal, a majority of people disagree. There is no doubt that a little learning is very dangerous.
A little learning, to a large extent, equals ignorance. Some people may say being ignorant is nothing bad. That is what ignorant people usually would say. Being ignorant, we Chinese used powder for pills while the West used it for gun. Being ignorant, our Chinese leaders in the late Qing Dynasty sold national sovereignty to foreigners after their invasion. Being ignorant, so many Chinese citizens watched their compatriots killed by Japanese and did nothing during the Japanese Invasion. Instead, not being ignorant, Zhan Tianyou invented railway which shapes like the Chinese character "人", refusing to hire any foreign engineer. Not being ignorant, Chinese astronaut successfully walked in space in 2003, a milestone in the development of Chinese astronomy. Not being ignorant, the Chinese know what is self-independence and have strived hard to push the whole nation to a relatively wealthy level.
All in all, the era calls for knowledge and a little learning is a dangerous thing.
