For example, there has been a longstanding need to improve the quality of travel services in China, which has drawn the government's attention, strengthening three specific areas of the tourism industry: facilities, products and services. The supervision and management of service quality is also one of the eight key responsibilities of the China National Tourism Administration. These policies demonstrate the importance of service quality for the development of China's tourism and hospitality industry. In order to improve service quality, we need to study the association between service quality and value creation and the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction.
