A Letter to the Consumers' Association
To whom it may concern:
I bought a Samsung 188 cell phone at Xunjie Cell phone Plaza last Friday. The very next day,I found it impossible for me to send short messages through the cell phone. At first I thought it might be the problem with my SIM card. When I contacted China Mobile, I found out that there was something wrong with the phone. I went back to Xunjie and asked them to exchange a new one for me, but they denied and just offered to repair. I agreed and left the cell phone there and they asked me to get it on Sunday. But things are not so smooth as I had expected. When I tried the cell phone again at Xunjie on Sunday, it still didn’t work.
In that case, I demanded a refund. They refused me again.
Now, the cell phone is still in the store and I can’t accept their repairing again. I am writing to you for help. I just want my payment back so that I can buy a new one. Thanks for your help.
Yours sincerely,
Li Wei
