[摘要] According to Unctad, official FDI flows declined by 13% in 2016 to $1670bn, with FDI into Europe experiencing the sharpest decline (26%) followed by developing countries (20%). fDi Markets recorded just over 6% growth in greenfield FDI in 2016, with $776.2bn of announced investment. Thissuggeststhe overall decline in FDI flows is mainly attributable to a decline in crossborder M&A in 2016.
